Upon seeing the above photo of how her childhood home in Levittown looks today, Rona Selsky (Levittown Memorial class of 1965) had this to say. "Sure looks different from what it did when our dad (Abraham Selsky) sold it in 1999. No more shutters or plant or /trees in the front. Looks more like it did when our family moved there in 1948, except for the addition off the kitchen. Kind of bare."

It was also the home of Rona's brothers Ira who graduated from Division Avenue High School in 1960 and Don who was in the LMHS class of 1971.

  1. Rona's dad is mentioned in some of the early history of Levittown. Abraham Selsky was the first president of the Levittown Chamber of Commerce, late 1948. He owned a shoe store at one of the village greens. A lot of us kids in the class of 1960 knew Ira's dad because he supported our teams and his son.
