Many of the kids in the class of 1960 went through elementary school and junior high together before high school. Bonds were made, cliques were formed and not all newcomers found the transition easy. Mike Caldararo's family moved to Levittown during his high school years and for him the transition was a piece of cake. Mike's people skills made him an instant hit and after college in Nebraska he stayed on as a very popular teacher. He and his wife Janet are retired and still make Nebraska their home.
